If you are driving to the campsite and have room in your car for a passenger or two, please sign-up on our ride-share program at this link. If you are looking for a ride, visit the ride-share program and either sign-up with a driver, or put your name on the wait-list.

We are offering full-weekend registration and Saturday-only registration for this event. We strongly encourage you to join us for the full weekend, if possible. The one-day option is available for those not able to join us for the whole time.

RiverSong will begin on Friday afternoon, with arrival anytime after 12 noon. We will begin officially with an Opening Circle at 5 pm. The gathering will go until Monday at 12 noon, with a Closing Circle on Sunday at 5 pm, for those who need to return home before Monday morning. Guests are welcome to stay until Monday at 12 noon, and we will continue our song circles until then. For the full schedule, visit our Schedule page.

Full-weekend registration includes cabin or camping accommodation, workshops, and all meals from Friday dinner to Monday breakfast. Cabins are shared accommodation for 4-5 people per cabin, and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. There will be cabins designated for families, women-only, men-only, and co-ed.

Saturday-only registrants are welcome to join us beginning at 9 am on Saturday, and depart anytime that evening. Lunch and Dinner will be provided for Saturday-only participants.

We have a sponsorship option for people who would like to sponsor a newcomer refugee to join us for the gathering. We have many newcomers in our community, and would love to have them join us. If you have a newcomer in mind that you would like to sponsor, please let us know. If not, we can facilitate matching your sponsorship with a newcomer in our community.

All registration fees are in Canadian dollars.

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, your registration is fully refundable minus a $50 administration fee before August 1st. Prior to September 1st, you may transfer your registration to another participant’s name for a $50 administrative fee. Email your refund or transfer request to: jacki@singforjoy.ca.

If for any reason the event is cancelled, all registered persons shall receive a full refund of all fees paid. This shall be paid out no more than 30 days after written notification of cancellation.
